Three ways to access Zimbra email from your iPhone:
- View Zimbra in the Safari mobile web browser
- Enter IMAP/POP3 email settings
- Use the Active Sync protocol
Using the Zimbra Mobile Web Client
- Click the Safari icon on your iPhone and enter the url https://email.pictordesign.com/m/
- Enter your Username and Password same as you would for desktop web mail
Enter IMAP/POP3 email settings
Note: This method only syncs email messages.
- Click on the "Mail" icon
- Select "Other" when you see the list under "Welcome to Mail".
- Select "IMAP"
- New Account:
Enter "Name"
Enter "Email address"
Enter "Password"
Enter "Description" - Incoming Server:
Select "IMAP over SSL"
Incoming mail server: email.pictordesign.com
Username: your full email address
Password: your passwod
Port: 993 - Outgoing server:
Outgoing email Server: email.pictordesign.com
Username: your full email address
Password: your passwod
Port: 465 - Click on "Save"
