Problem importing a CSV file to the Accajoom Mailing List

I created a CSV file that contains a number of email addresses with the following strucuture.

Name,email,receiveHTML(1/0),confirmed(1/0)

When I try to import this file I receive an error message that the email addresses are invalid. However, the email addresses all look normal. What am I doing wrong?

This is normally caused by extra formatting characters being inserted in to the file. For example, many programs that create CSV files surround all text fields with quotes. You need to tell your program to not put quotes around the text fields when it saves a CSV file. The specific method for doing this varies depending on the program you use to create your CSV file. Check the help system for the program you are using if you are unshure how to avoid putting quotes around text fields.

Once you have a CSV file that contains only the four fields shown above with only commas separating the fields and no other characters surrounding the fields, try the Accajoom import again. If you still have difficulty please submit a support ticket. Include as much detail as possible describing what you have tried and any error messages you receive. A technician will respond with specific instructions for your particular case.

Remember you must log-in to the Client Area to subbmit a support ticket.
