We can install most Web–based applications, software, and utilities within the virtual host without any modifications. Widely tested and utilized open–source and commercial applications run successfully on your VPS account. Applications and services do not have to be aware of VPS technology. Two examples popular with Pictor Design clients are the Joomla! Content Management System and the X-Cart shopping cart program.
However, direct access to hardware is not available for your VPS account. If your project requires direct hardware access, one of our dedicated Linux server accounts would be a better choice.
